Ekiti state governor said, he would always look up to God for divine guidance in the leadership of the state towards achieving peace and economic prosperity.
He stated his vision is to make Ekiti a land of prosperity, which lies on the principles of honesty and transparency,while seeking God’s guidance to ensure that his administration did not fail or falter, at the August edition of the evening of praise held on Friday at the government house grounds,Ado Ekiti, state capital.
He said,”The evening of praise was not just conceptualised as a gathering of funfair,but to seek divine direction that can save the people from economic doldrums, poverty and lift Ekiti to the pedestal of prosperity and greatness,I had dreamt for the state.
He promised to make Ekiti a more better state with the direction of God to lead them towards a better economic development and growth in the state.
Present at the event were commissioners, special advisers, permanent secretaries, executive secretaries,clerics and other top government functionaries.
